This existing semi-detached house in Sandymount has been fully renovated and extended. The works included raising the energy rating to an A3 and incorporating a heat pump and demand control ventilation system. The new study and glazed cloister to the rear create a stronger relationship of house to garden.
Work on the extension and refurbishment of a house on Gilford Park has restarted. The house has been completely gutted and a new sun room is proposed for the rear.
Construction has been completed on the Matt Talbot Community Centre. A new bespoke timber fit out package has been installed throughout the internal building. External landscaping works are due to start in the coming weeks.
Preparation for the rebuilding of Curraghbeg Farm, Adare is in full swing. We are carrying out a feasibility study and a master planning proposal in collaboration with Bernard Seymour Landscape Architects and CORA consulting engineers.
Planning permission for an extension to GIY (Grow It Yourself) HQ has been granted. The new proposed extension is to house training spaces and meeting rooms. As well as additional kitchen space and storage to support the cafe’s growing demand.

Baldoyle – HCoA were asked by Fingal Co Co to undertake a feasibility study for a new Community and Sports Centre for the north Dublin suburb of Baldoyle. The proposal looks to meet the NZEB 2020 targets and, through the use of Cross-laminated Timber construction, seeks to be a carbon neutral project.
